Technophany

Technophany: A Journal for Philosophy and Technology is a Diamond Open Access journal published by Radboud University Press for the Research Network for Philosophy and Technology. Joel White serves as Co-Editor-in-Chief.

The journal brings philosophical and historical approaches to technology and the technosciences into conversation. It offers a space for transdisciplinary inquiry, welcoming work across philosophical traditions and from history and sociology that engages critically with technology.

Its ambition is to support unconventional thinking across disciplinary boundaries and respond to the challenges posed by technological and industrial developments. Alongside an ongoing general issue, Technophany publishes special issues devoted to particular questions and fields of inquiry.

All content is freely accessible, with no author or article-processing fees. Authors retain their copyright, and articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution licence (CC BY 4.0). The journal also encourages authors to deposit their work in repositories.
